We accept most major insurance policies. Most insurance policies do not require a referral prior to treatment, however, it is best to contact your insurance provider’s customer services to find out for sure.
We will electronically bill your insurance at the time of your visit. Please keep in mind that you may have a yearly deductible as well as co-payments and co-insurance that are the patient’s responsibility. Co-payments are due at the time of each visit. We are participating providers with the following insurance companies:
What about Workers Compensation and Auto Accident or Personal Injuries?
We treat injuries regardless of their cause and will bill your Worker’s Compensation or your Personal/Auto insurance directly.
We are pleased to offer a Discount Medical Program called ChiroHealthUSA in order to help patients afford care in our office. If you have limited insurance coverage or a high deductible plan that you would rather not use, ChiroHealth may be right for you.
What is ChiroHealthUSA?
The ChiroHealthUSA program provides discounts on many of your chiropractic expenses. The program may be used by you and members of your immediate family. Doctors are usually required to charge insurance companies and patients the same fees unless they are under a network contract for a lower fee. ChiroHealthUSA is a contracted network that allows doctors to set and accept discounts on their services for our members. When you join ChiroHealthUSA, you are entitled to similar “in-network” discounts just like the insurance companies.
A single $49 annual membership includes the immediate family.
Partially-insured patients who have coverage for some services and not others, like Medicare patients, may use their ChiroHealthUSA benefits to complement their existing benefits, specifically for the non-covered services.
Patients may use their membership card at more than 3,000 doctors in the network.
Call or check in with our Front Desk staff for details and to enroll.
