Dr. Hannah Munn - DPT

May 2026
Dear Living Well Community,

I am writing to share some news with you.

I have made the very difficult decision to depart from the Living Well team. Recently, I was offered a position at Central Vermont Medical Center. I will be starting there on June 1. My last day at Living Well will be May 29. In the meantime, be assured that I will be working with other providers here at Living Well to ensure a smooth transition in your care.

As I prepare for this transition, I’ve been reflecting on how much this experience has meant to me. This was my first job out of school, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and supportive community to begin my career.

It has been such a privilege to be part of your care. Thank you for trusting me, for showing up and putting in the work (even on the hard days), and for allowing me to be part of your progress. I’ve learned just as much from you as I hope you’ve gained from me.

This clinic has always felt like more than just a workplace—it’s been a close-knit, encouraging environment, and that’s because of all of you. I will genuinely miss the conversations, the laughs, and watching your strength and confidence grow over time.

While I’m moving on to a new chapter, I will carry everything I’ve learned here with me. I’m so grateful for the time we’ve shared, and I wish each of you continued progress, health, and success in your journeys.

Thank you again for being such an important part of my beginning.

Warmly,

Hannah
