How Did We Get Started?

Dr. Tiffany Renaud graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois in 1991. In 1993 she moved to Vermont with her partner Mary Spicer and opened the “Center for Chiropractic & Holistic Health” on San Remo Drive in South Burlington. Drs. Renaud and Spicer practiced together until 2006, when Dr. Spicer moved her practice to Shelburne. Dr. Renaud continued practicing on San Remo Drive under the name “Living Well Chiropractic” for 6 years.

In February 2012, Dr. Renaud purchased the “Spinal Decompression Center” at 3000 Williston Road from Dr. Laura Ramirez and moved her practice there, calling it “Living Well Spinal Care Center.” Dr. Renaud's staff has grown from a small group of 3 on San Remo Drive to 19 employees in the span of 5 years, a clear indication of the growth of the business. In 2016, Dr. Renaud joined with Essex Aquatic & Rehab, an aquatic physical therapy facility in Essex Junction directed by Veronica Paquette, P.T. During 2016, the practice grew to include a Primary Care Physician and will soon have a Naturopathic Physician as well. In order to reflect this broad approach to healthcare, the business name was changed to “Living Well Center for Integrative Health” -  the name it is known as today. Over the years, 95% of new patients coming to the clinic are from personal referrals, which have sustained Dr. Renaud's practice for over 24 years.
