Spring is around the corner- yes some days it feels as if winter is still here but really the calendar says spring is coming. With spring comes longer days and an overall change in activity level.
Is your body ready to resume the activity (gardening, sports, watching kids sporting events) you haven’t participated in in over 6-9 months? You will be using muscles that you haven’t used in a while. Remember to stretch before your activity to loosen up and then again after to help muscle return to its normal resting length.
